    Pappe owns and operates this Website. All enquiries may be forwarded to customercare@pappe.com.au. Your order together with these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Contract between Pappe and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

    The word “Pappe” and the Pappe logo are registered trademarks licensed to Pappe Pty Ltd. You must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the trademark owner or the rights of Pappe Pty Ltd as licensee.


    Pappe Pty Ltd owns all copyright with respect to this Website including (but not limited to) all products, any images, photographs or text that appears on this Website. You must not make any representation to the contrary and you must not use or copy any such content in any manner inconsistent with the rights of Pappe Pty Ltd.

Our item(s) availability, policies and pricing are subject to change without notice. All prices shown on this Website are subject to final authorization at the time of fulfilling your order.     We do not accept liability to youor anyone else for any consequential loss in connection with the use of this Website or associated website. Including any third party websites linked to this Website.


    All colours on this Website have been reproduced to display as accurately as possible to the actual colour of our products. We cannot accept responsibility if the colour of our products as they appear on your web browser varies from the actual products ordered.

    Pappe Gift Vouchers

    Pappe Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and can only be used for online purchases at www.Pappe.com.au.

    If you purchase items(s) to a lesser value than that of the voucher, the remaining value of the voucher can be used on a later purchase as long as the purchase is within 12 months of the original purchase date of the voucher. If you purchase item(s) to a greater value than that of the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card or PayPal.

    Gift vouchers are delivered via email to the email address you choose. If you wish to have a voucher posted in the mail, please send us the postal address.

    Payment Processing

    Pappe accepts a variety of payment methods. All payments made from the Pappe website are processed via a secure payment processor, this payment feature allows you to purchase items securely online with your credit card/PayPal.


    Every Pappe package is prepared with our very own Pappe wrapping consisting of some or all of (gift boxes, ribbons, branded tissue paper and stickers). With our exchange or return service, Pappe is the perfect website for you to purchase children’s clothing and accessories for your children or give as gifts to loved ones and friends.

    All orders are usually shipped within one (1) working day of receipt of order. Please allow up to 7 (seven) business days for orders to be despatched during busy periods. Please note that we are not responsible for unanticipated postal service delays. Our shipping rates are highlighted before your order is placed on our order confirmation page.

    We, unfortunately, cannot deliver to P O Boxes or arrange for a re-delivery of your order if it is taken to the Post Office for your collection. A signature is required on delivery. 

    Where does Pappe deliver?

    We deliver all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes and/or import duties on orders delivered outside of Australia. We cannot identify international orders as a gift or lower the value of the order in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees as this isillegal.

    Back Orders And Availability

    All item(s) in stock at the time of your order will be sent and any item(s) not then available will be back ordered and will be despatched once the item(s) become available at no additional freight charge. If you wish to cancel the back ordered items, please contact us at customercare@pappe.com.au. Should any item(s) become unavailable we will refund you for this item and send you the remainder of your order.

    Delivery Enquiries

    Should you have any enquiries regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our online customer care staff at customercare@pappe.com.au. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays whilst your order is in transit.

    Governing Law

    This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tasmania within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the law of Tasmania.
